- all text should be double spaced
- text printed on one side of 8.5 by 11 inch paper
- one inch margins preferred
- author last name in top right corner of each page
- Courier, Times New Roman or Arial fonts preferred
- 12 point type or larger
- pages must be numbered sequentially
